Hardware Engineer

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with the embedded hardware development experience of 3 years to 5 years, Freshers also welcome.

2. Must have excellent Hardware Electronics design skills .                                                                                     

   1. Active and Passive electronic component selection. 
   2. Mixed-signal design. 
   3. Analog Signal conditioner design
   4. 8/16/32 bit microcontroller-based digital design
   5. Switch Mode Power Supply circuit designing
   6. Hardware issue debugging
   7. Should have expert level of knowledge in using Digital Storage Oscilloscope, Multi-meter, Power Analyzer, LCR Q Meter and Logic Analyzer

3. Good in Hardware Designing to meet EMC compliance. Hands-On EMC Testing is preferred.

4. Must have an eye for details and have excellent experience in extracting, documenting, and managing hardware design requirements.

5. Well-versed in Schematic drafting tools like Eagle, Allegro, Orcad Capture, Mentor Graphics PADS Logic, and PADS PCB, Altium & review PCB design using the same CAD toolchain. Should have worked on simulation tools like PSpice.

6. Good in drafting System Test Plan and System Test Procedure. Should have experience in testing and validation of designs.

7. Good in detailing Hardware Design.

8. Experience in SMPS Design and high power electronics design or design for control electronics for motors will be an added advantage

9. Experience of work with Bluetooth, WiFi, Zigbee, LORA, etc protocols at H/W as well at Embedded Level

10. Experience of interaction as an embedded design engineer with electronics manufacturing, assembling, and testing contract equipment manufacturing organizations.

11. Experience in working with PCB layout personnel to ensure IPC guidelines, DFM & DFT design constraints are met

12. Should be willing to take additional responsibilities during the execution based on the business need.

13. Experience in facing international client meetings.

14. Good communication skills are critical.
